Thank you for visiting our website. The club has been playing at Prospect Park for all its 113 years and is one of the most picturesque grounds in Berkshire.
The outdoor bowling season runs from April to September with Prospect Park Bowls Club opening in mid-April daily from 1.30 p.m. Pop in and have a chat with the steward and members or come to our Open Day (details below). You won't regret paying us a visit to see what we have to offer.
We have ladies’, mens’ and mixed teams. The men compete in two leagues and inter club friendly mixed games are played regularly. We also run our club triples league every Monday which caters for all levels and welcomes beginners. If you don't want to be competitive you can just go on the green and practice and when you’re finished you can sit in our clubhouse or out on the deck with a drink and have a chat.
Come along and give it a try with no obligation, we will supply the woods with coaching available. You will never look back.

Our next Open Day will be held on Saturday 9th May 2026 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Everyone welcome - just wear flat shoes for the green and comfortable clothes.
